As Senior Vice President, Sales and Hotel Marketing, Ben Trodd provides leadership to Four Seasons global hotel marketing, hotel sales, and Worldwide Sales Office teams. Focused on alignment between the global sales organisation, and hotel sales and marketing teams, even greater opportunities to optimise revenue from channels across all market segments, and develop leadership talent across the organization has been achieved. Ben continues to advance important partnerships in the meetings, events and travel industry segments, and oversees all sales-related functions, such as sales technology, events and sales training. In addition to these sales functions, Ben is responsible for global hotel marketing programs, and ensuring that sales and marketing efforts are fully integrated across communications and digital platforms.

Ben, who began his Four Seasons career in 1995, has a wealth of experience across the organisation gained through progressively senior roles in sales, marketing and operations at both the property and corporate level. After opening Four Seasons Hotel Seattle as General Manager in 2009, Ben then became Regional Vice President and General Manager of Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel. As Regional Vice President, Ben had operational oversight for many hotels and resorts across the United States, Central America and French Polynesia including a number of projects under development, working closely with employees, guests, travel partners, and hotel owners. In June 2018, Ben took on the role of SVP, Global Sales, before adding hotel marketing to the remit in 2019.
