Brett Hochberg
Corporate Counsel
Brett Hochberg is a Corporate Counsel for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he focuses his legal advisory on operational and transactional matters traversing Hyatt's more than 1,500 hotels and 15+ brands.
Prior to joining Hyatt, Brett was an Associate in the Hospitality and Leisure practice at Paul Hastings LLP. Brett's practice focused on hotel management and franchise agreements and hotel acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Before his time at Paul Hastings, Brett was an Associate in the Real Estate group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and prior to attending law school, worked for two hotel companies in real estate and corporate development capacities.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, where he served as Notes Editor of the Washington University Law Review and was a recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Award.
