Dina Fenili Niekamp is the Associate Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Brand at Miraval Resorts & Spas. Dina supports the resort teams in Arizona, Texas (Austin), and Massachusetts (Berkshires) through creative commercial strategy that continuously elevates Miraval brand awareness. In addition, Dina will support the international growth of the Miraval brand in the sales, marketing, and brand functions.<br /> <br /> With nearly 18 years of hospitality experience, Dina has worked with additional brands such as Kimpton, Virgin Hotels, Park Hyatt, Elysian (now Waldorf-Astoria), Four Seasons Hotel, and Ritz-Carlton Hotels. Her most distinguished accomplishments include the 2019 Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Brand Innovator Award, 2018 Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Bill Kimpton Award, 2013 Chicago Business Travel Association Allied Member of the Year Award, and 2012 Hyatt Hotels & Resorts Transient Sales Manager of the Year Award.<br /> <br /> Most notably, in 2021, Dina established a partnership with Miraval Resorts and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), which continues today. Serving in additional capacities in 2022, Dina is on the Global Wellness Institute council on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is a member of WellSpa360's Editorial Advisory Board.<br /> <br /> Dina graduated with a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Communications with minors in Psychology and Marketing from Bradley University in 2005.
