Ella Steele
Senior Director of Marketing
Ella Steele is an experienced digital marketer with a focus on strategic planning, relationship management and market research. Steele received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington and a graduate certificate, Marketing Strategy from Cornell University.
She started at her career in the entertainment industry at AXS-TV, to later run the Affiliate Marketing team at a Fort Worth based startup, RIDE TV. At RIDE TV, Ella managed communication with large MSO’s and MVPD’s to secure distribution across 25 domestic and international partners such as DISH, Comcast, and Google Fiber. With a keen eye to detail, she developed a reputation of creating win-win partnerships and advancing the marketing strategy to drive new business.
Ella joined WCI in June of 2018. A legacy brand for over 47 years, needed a shift in the way it was represented. Today, she oversees the marketing, business analysis and public relations for our three divisions in the company, in-room entertainment, ImpruviX (connectivity), and WCI Technologies (enterprise). Through the development of brand vision and strategy, Ella leads cross-functional teams into new verticals, associations, and markets.
