Jordan has over 10 years of hotel industry experience, and is currently a Vice President primarily working in the firm’s operational efficiency division, Post Script. In his role, Jordan helps oversee the team in the analysis of profit and service enhancements for hotelAVE’s clients. On average the operational efficiency team generates over 300 bps of long term GOP margin improvement for its installation projects. Jordan also develops numerous proprietary tools and databases, including a database of thousands of time motion studies to help define best in class execution of key job functions within a hotel.
Prior to hotelAVE, Jordan worked for Carpedia as one of its first hospitality consultants and has 7 prior years of general management consulting experience before transitioning into hospitality. His management consulting and operational experience occurred across multiple industries and hospitality sub-sectors, giving him a fresh perspective on improvement opportunities for hotelAVE’s clients.
As hotels gear up to reopen, owners and operators will rely heavily on their property teams to produce operating forecasts to guide their bumpy ride back to stabilization.
