Phil Keb
Senior Executive, Luxury Brand Growth - Americas
Phil Keb serves as the Executive Vice President of Development for U.S.-based investment firm, Gencom. He oversees the firm’s investments in Bermuda and leads development activities of all new projects. He also acts as a liaison for the Gencom affiliate, Pyramid Global Hospitality, a global management company.
Prior to joining Gencom, Phil managed global development for well-known hospitality companies including Langham Hospitality Group, Kiawah Partners and Capella Hotel Group, in addition to over a decade at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company where he grew the brand by over 25 hotels and pioneered the now customary addition of branded residences with luxury hotels.
With a background in engineering and a passionate commitment to finance and development, Phil has led complex deals for premiere international luxury, business and lifestyle brands, including the financing or development of over 50 hotels with an investment value of over $5 billion.
Phil began his hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he held various management positions in the engineering, design and construction groups. He is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology, a long time active leader of the Recreational Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and serves on Marriott’s Luxury Owner Council.
