Richard is the General Manager of GPS Apparel at Gap, Inc, which offers a range of business services from Design to Customer Delivery with high quality, durability, fit, and inventory management expertise across a wide range of apparel. GPS Apparel currently offers differentiated custom uniforms and promotional apparel designed to fit employees’ needs while maintaining the style expected from Gap, Inc’s trusted brands. These are flagship offerings of Gap, Inc’s Strategic Growth Office that focuses on long-term growth and new growth opportunities across its purpose-led billion-dollar brands and beyond its core businesses. As General Manager, Richard is responsible for Gap, Inc's B2B apparel business unit with global team leadership and accountability for all aspects of the business including marketing, sales, operations, and finance.

Richard has over two decades of experience across a range of industries developing growth strategies and executing on resulting business plans. In particular, Richard is passionate about serving as an operator for organizations to build upon their core competencies to launch innovative products and businesses. He resides in Atlanta, GA was educated at University of North Carolina (MBA) and North Carolina State University (BS in Electrical Engineering).
