I have led a very successful and rewarding career in the hospitality and service industry. The bulk of my career experience has been divided between two corporate organizations (Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Aimbridge Hospitality/Interstate Hotels and Resorts). I have reaped great benefit to truly move through my career and journey with upward movement as I continued to garner knowledge, development, strategy, results, relationships and market experience.<br /> <br /> Now, with a diverse background and a seasoned & successful track record, my career began in the industry, working in PBX answering calls leading to other roles of front office, administrative support (sales & catering), working through all operational departments in a management training program and ultimately into sales, marketing, revenue strategy, and management of all topline revenues. This path has truly led my growth and desire for continuous learning in the industry, for which I’m truly appreciative for such a great career path. <br /> <br /> My passion is people. Through developing, mentoring, and building relationships, to driving results and peak performance for (internal/external) associates, senior leadership, customers, owners and shareholders. My colleagues have told me that I am a dynamic leader known for driving results through people, performance and profitability. <br /> <br /> I have an acute understanding of market intelligence, branding, positioning and implementing a winning strategy and culture. Excellent team building, communication, and organization transformation skills, with a strong grasp of financial issues and managing owner relations.<br />
