Hospitality – it is the inspiration of my life. <br /> For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to work in the hospitality industry. I have an innate passion for the industry, and it has been my honor and pleasure to serve in a leadership capacity for award-winning national and international resorts, brand luxury, and business hotels in the United States, France, and South America. Working in the hospitality industry is more than a job in the sense that if you want to do it well, it has to be an “art de vivre” as the authenticity of your involvement is an essential component of how to create and deliver emotions and souvenirs.<br /> <br /> My background comprises experience in leading numerous luxury brands in developing a vision and strategic plans and executing successful strategies for transformation while ensuring profitability, employee retention, growth, and satisfaction and last but not least, an unmatched customer experience for our clients of distinction. Some of the accomplishments I am most proud of in my career include: <br /> ▶️ The Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead being recognized as the Top Atlanta City Hotel 2022 by Travel+Leisure while under my leadership. <br /> ▶️ Reorganizing and renovating the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead while maintaining five-star customer service.<br /> ▶️ Managing the branding, pre-opening. and opening of the Conrad Cartagena, the first five-star luxury resort of Cartagena. <br /> ▶️ Winning numerous awards, including Luxury Hotel of the Year for global quality and financial performance, the Global Team Member Satisfaction award for demonstrated leadership, and Best Balance Score Cared award for quality leadership and financial performance while leading the Conrad Miami as General Manager. <br /> <br /> In my current role as General Manager of the National Hotel Miami Beach, I have the honor of leading one of the best hotels in South Beach. We are an adult only luxury resort in the heart of South Beach’s Art Deco neighborhood. The National Hotel is a historical hotel that is newly renovated and offers elegant furnishings, restaurants and bars, a one-of-a-kind infinity-edged pool, an exquisite art collection, and an exceptional customer experience.
