The Cornell Institute for Food and Beverage Management (CIFBM) connects students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners across the restaurant, foodservice, and beverage management spaces. CIFBM is aligned with SHA’s focus on the hospitality industry, yet closely tied to the Business of Food interdisciplinary theme across the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.
